I would like to say how very positive, helpful & reassuring my catheter appointment was with nurse Anita. She was very informative and as it didnt work properly on the 1st occasion Anita got me straight back in for a 2nd appointment and offered me a solution. It really did put my mind at ease as I was due to go away on holiday and was worrying about it before hand.

I am remarkably happy and feel very thankful for her care.
