"Very rude staff considering my condition"

About: Royal Derby Hospital / Emergency department

I came here the past few days ago with quite severe abdo. pain including pain around my chest which circulates quite often then goes but comes back sudden or episodic.

The first receptionist and ones who did my blood pressure I appreciate took details off my medical issue etc.

I dont however appreciate the second receptionist I was explaining how I was feeling when she kept repeatedly asking my reasonable for being there, like as I wasn't being serious or something , I explained I had dizziness, blackouts and shaking while asleep which I only noticed when awake.

The lady doctor I saw unfortunately was very rude didn't seem concerned in my medical condition or episodes, she kept saying how I am supposed to see a Neurologist, so apparently you can't get treated if you have any kind of fits or seizures. which I am arranging but due to them being fully booked they are trying to find a suitable appointment, I explained my blackouts, fitting, she said my bloods were normal, including any other tests, which is fine I can understand, I left feeling very annoyed and fuming the fact I was being shouted at, made to look as if my condition was irrelevant. On top of this she wrote to my GPs non specific in which she lied about saying how she would pass details off my condition.

It was a complete waste off my time coming here, they treat your condition as a joke, this will be the last time I coming here, I will be considering going private at some point or in future to avoid this kind of behaviour!!
