Just to thank all involved with my care for a partial thyroidectomy. I was dreading this procedure but very much needed it. All I can say what a highly professional and amazing  team, I can't thank everyone enough, from the lovely cheery lady on reception when I arrived feeling extremely nervous at admissions (DoSA), to the extremely kind and friendly nurse getting me organised for theatre, the anaesthetist, all the theatre team that looked after me, all staff in ward 210 (I think I slept my entire stay I was so comfortable)  and especially my consultant Mr Shakeel, definitely a superstar surgeon!   I cannot praise you all highly enough. Grampian is extremely fortunate to have you all.
