What could be improved

waiting time is atrocious 5 hours to be seen and thats not even a and e as you would probably wait longer every time i have been to kingsmill everyone seems to be running about doing nothing my father was in last year he had the same cup of warm water stuck on the side for the whole day. my long term girlfriend has been a number of times and has been given blood tests this that and the other time and time again how much blood does one person have to give. All she has had is pain killers to cover the problem and not sort it some of the doctors in kingsmill are jokes.

Anything else?

Some one get a grip of the place and sort it out .
