What I liked

Being fully informed about the procedure to be undertaken before the start of the operation, the re-assurance during the procedure, and the open and friendly nature of the surgeon in answering any questions that I had. A first class service!

What could be improved

A manned reception to welcome patients and answer any questions (it was not manned on my arrival and thepositioning of the white-board with its instructions was not obvious). I was slightly concerned whilst waiting in the reception area whether anyone knew I was there,
