"You do a fantastic job"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I would like to thank every single member of staff who attended to me on my recent visit to Crosshouse Day Surgery unit in May 2019.   From the moment I arrived the care, attention and service I experienced was excellent in all ways.    
From Tracy, the Admission Nurse, Gillian, the Theatre Nurse, Mr Macleod the Consultant, Mr Johnston the Anaesthetist and all  their teams, and the lady who ran the Discharge /Recovery Ward that afternoon like clockwork (cant remember her name as I was too woozy by then).   Every one of them  showed a real interest in me and made me feel cared for, important.  Thankyou to all of you, you do a fantastic job and don't get enough recognition. You attended to everything I needed and I was impressed with the quality of care.

Well, what a team. It is so important to feel that you are important and that you feel cared for and I am very glad you did.

Thank you for taking time to share this. How did you remember so many names? That is impressive.

I will be delighted to pass on your gratitude and recognition of their care. For 'especially' good posts, I make a poster and send it to the area to display. I thought they deserved a poster for this one, so I have sent it to all the team. Don't worry, they will only print one.
