"Very unfriendly"

This has got to be the most unfriendly doctors surgery in the country.
Just awful experience

Unfortunately, there is very little in the text of this comment that allows the Practice to respond either in full, or in a way that would give confidence to this patient.
On a positive note however, we are constantly monitored by a very large Patient Participation Group and we feel sure that if we were unfriendly then they would be the first to tell us.
We would be grateful if the patient who made this comment could contact us directly or, comment further as to the specifics of their circumstances.
