"Caring and thoughtful"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Gynaecology

From the moment I entered the ward everyone was kind, caring and thoughtful. They understood anxieties and didn’t just dismiss them. Everything was talked through and they made sure you understood. Every member of staff was happy and got on so well together. If I was told something would be done at a certain time, it was. Due to this my recovery from a major operation has been much easier. I could not thank each and everyone of them enough.

It is with great pleasure that I respond to your comments on NHS Choices regarding the care you received while on Maple ward at Kettering Hospital In June 2019. We work very hard as a team to provide individualised care to all women we care for to ensure you have a positive experience at a time which can be scary.
