"I left with everything I could have asked for"

About: Stirling Care Village / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Having a minor complaint for 3 weeks and being unable to see my doctor for at least 3 weeks more, I decided to visit the Stirling Minor Injuries Unit even though, technically, mine was not an injury.

The building was brand new and impressive and there was even a space in the large car park.

But what I must point out is the was the wonderful way that I was treated.  The practice nurse (Leanne?) saw me in under 30 minutes.  She knew everything about my complaint (and a lot more) and the various stages of treatment.  She printed off notes for me to take home and applied a splint.  I left with great knowledge and everything else that I could have asked for.

Good evening Ali,

Thank you for taking the time to post feedback on you recent visit to the minor injuries unit.

I am delighted to read that the new building and car parking facilities impressed you.

The service that you received is what we aim to give all our patients attending the unit.

Your feedback will be passed onto the Nurse Practitioner that treated you.

Tracey
