What I liked

I received poor treatment from the nurses on the ward. The nurses we're rude and unwilling to help, they were not helpful, I felt ignored and like a burden the majority of the time I was there, which is certainly not what you need when you are unwell.

Basic care was considered a luxury that I didn't deserve and as for pain relief, i was told it was inappropriate. I didn't have my bed changed for the 4 days I was an inpatient despite it being covered in marks where i had bled after having injections ect.

I wouldnt send my dog to this hospital! Appalling treatment.

What could be improved

Nurses who are willing to provide basic treatment and actually care for patients.
