"I would like to think any future hospital visits..."

What I liked

I visited the hospital on a Saturday in May, having suffered severe dog bites the previous day and I would like to thank all involved for their care and attention. The reception was well organised and I was seen within an hour, which was very good by A & E standards. I would particularly like to thank the nurse who attended to me. She explained all about the medication I was under and the effect they were having on me. She even rang me when I returned home. It was hard to think what more the hospital could have done for me
