About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Arrived today for my Endoscopy and was welcomed by Jean at reception she always smiles and is very friendly. The staff here at Hairmyres day surgery are so kind, and professional. Sharon ,  Elaine and Mrs Tyler  were wonderful they made me feel relaxed and  I was very confident in their care. I also had tea and a biscuit . I have attended Hairmyres and Monklands many times and the staff are a credit to the NHS and the senior staff are so lucky to have such a dedicated team of happy professional people.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. Jean is always smiling, which is lovely to see when staff are so happy at work and love what they do. We do have a fantastic team of staff between the 2 areas, I am glad you felt the staff were professional and kind. I will pass on your feedback to Elaine, Sharon and Lorraine Tyler who will be very appreciative of the lovely feedback you have given.
