"Great care and Nurses"

I was at Women’s Health Centre on floor 2 Diagnostics for a colposcopy and LLETZ procedure. The nurses were absolutely brilliant. They ensured my dignity and privacy was maintained throughout the whole appointment. They went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible which put me at ease. The colposcopist and the nurses inside the procedure room were also brilliant in making me feel comfortable. We had a bit of a natter which helped take my mind off the procedure and were very lovely ladies. I can not recommend this hospital enough. You can clearly see how dedicated the nurses are to their field and how much effort they put into making their patients feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself was over so quickly and pain free which shows how experienced the staff are. Great work ladies, you don’t get enough credit for what you do from the big things to the little things that make it that little bit easier for the patient. Thank you for making this experience as pleasant as possible.
