About: Royal Derby Hospital / Cardiology

I received excellent care form staff that were informative and helpful. I was seen on time. My only disappointment is that it been nearly 3 weeks since i had mytest and i still have not been informed of the outcome

It was very kind of you to take the time to write to the hospital; I am pleased to hear that you had a positive experience and that you wish to express your grateful thanks to the Cardiology Department.

Pals will forward your kind comments to the manager for Cardiology to share with all the staff.

Regarding your test results you may wish to speak to your GP in the first instance or the secretary of your consultant at the hospital.
