"Poor service"

Turned up this morning just before 9.40 unfortunately my appointment was 9.20 because I am hard of hearing I mistakenly thought the receptionist said twenty to not 20 past, but still I got turned away even though there was only one man in the doctors surgery waiting ,it wasn't busy at all it's not often I use the doctors you could count on one hand the amount of times i have been in the past 5 years probably about 2 my last appointment which this one was for a follow up of the same problem I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, then when i got seen she couldn't be bothered to look or listen saying she was in a hurry before i even sat down she even said she was too busy to take my blood pressure which i knew was high but i insisted saying I needed a reading for the gym when she took my blood pressure and said yes it was high make an appointment if you want to see someone at the well man clinic then ushered me out like someone herding sheep the service was appalling !
