"I was made welcome"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Had to travel to Dunfermline Queen Margaret Hospital for Endoscopy. From the moment I walked in from the receptionist to the end of the procedure I was made welcome. Everything was excellent from nurses and doctor, they helped to make calm and take my mind off the procedure. All explained to put my mind at rest.
