"It is not easy to go through recovery alone"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire

(as a service user),

I was referred to the services after being in hospital detoxing from alcohol. I attended the New Milton branch and spoke to the staff there who were very understanding and non-judgemental. I was at an extremely low point when I first arrived but feel so much better physically and mentally 9 months later and having remained sober. I attended group sessions when I could which also helps as other people are going through the same things and feelings.

Kerry in particular at New Milton who gave me one to one sessions was fantastic and focused on me as a whole person and not just the substance.

All in all I would recommend the services as it is not ease to go through recovery alone.
