"Still waiting"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Pain Management

Went to pain clinic first week of March 2019 after numerous operations have left me with a lot of pain seen the doctor and said he would start me on a medication to try and that he would send the letter to my GP to prescribe. Waited 4 weeks for this letter and nothing waited another 4 weeks still nothing so after finding a number for pain clinic which they don’t put on the letter I spoke to a secretary that said they had a backlog from January and I said well how long will it take as I need medication she said oh I don’t know and why have you ran out of medication? I said no I haven’t even started them she said oh ok I will send it out as priority well that was over a month ago.
