What I liked
The staff on ward H2 treated my Dad during the last weeks of his life. Their sensitivity, respect and caring attitude made a very difficult time more bearable for the whole family.
Anything else?
Often the media are quick to complain about the NHS but having worked all his life and paid taxes my Dad really got the care he richly deserved.
