What I liked

As a regular visitor to the plastics unit and day surgery department I have no complaints. They are always fantastic, friendly and good at their jobs. I never have any apprehension prior to going in as my experience has yet too be negative.

What could be improved

Maybe slightly bigger waiting areas in day surgery
