"Proud of the evolution!"

My family and I have been coming to this surgery for more that 40 years. Things have changed, obviously, but in my recent experience with them it’s definitely for the better! The reception staff are always very helpful and try to offer appointments or advice on what other options there are. Having different surgery sites linked has helped my mum especially get same day appointments which is fantastic! The doctors I have seen have consistently given me and my family the best care, I could not ask for more. I regularly get updates via text messages of new services eg online consultations or if I need to book an appointment for a blood test etc which is a great way forward and makes me feel connected to the surgery and my own healthcare. I am very proud of how far hazeldene medical centre has come and am looking forward to seeing the recent renovations and what the future holds!
