"Lovely GP practice"

working in the NhS myself i often come accross patient who have a deep dissatisfaction with their local GP services. I am very thankful that i’ve never had to feel this way about this GP practice. if I make sure i’m on the phone at 0800 and wait in the queue- I always get a same day appointment for myself or my child. - I set an alarm to remind me to ring and put it on speaker phone while it’s on hold and then just potter around make a cup of tea etc while I wait for my turn. All of the surgery staff I’ve encountered have been fantastic from the practice nurse doing my daughters jabs, the GPS the midwife, pharmacy staff, health visiting team. you’re all stars and I hope you get to see this feedback. When i first had my daughter I had a really rough time mental health wise with quite a high- needs baby and I was never made to feel like I was wasting anyone’s time my concerns were always listened to and I was taken seriously, not just fobbed off and an anxious First time mum, We were referred to appropriate services like the paediatric team at LGI and thankfully made a full recovery. as a family we’ve always been looked after so well, so thankyou all so much!
