My 13 year old daughter had an appointment today. She has a large mole on her lower neck that is growing, bleeds at times and is sore and makes her very self conscious. The doctor we seen did not have a good manner at all, didn't put us at ease and refused to remove the growing mole abruptly
all within the space of a few minutes. We were left feeling rushed and not listened to. The doctor basically acted like they couldn't care less and I was under the impression they wanted us out as there was others waiting. I drove quite far for an appointment that lasted less than 5 minutes. The doctor didn't look at any of her other moles but stated they were all fine. Their manner was awful. They did not even look at us or say goodbye as we left the room. Very strange behaviour. I will now need to go back to my GP and ask to see someone else.
