II have phoned many times about getting my blood test results, (I had over 2 weeks ago), but been promise someone will call me about the results but no phone call…. The nurse who took my blood was very poor, did not care about my problems with the vacuum system of taking blood, how painful I found it, asked about using the old method of taking blood…this went on deaf ear, after the blood test I had a very large purple/black bruise for over week,
If it was not for one member of staff on the reception who bends over in helping and putting extra care in the service I would leave...
