"Excellent"

On my first visit last week, I was anxious about the procedure that was going to be performed on me and I was right. I had a panic attack and went into melt down..... the support I received was excellent.

Within a few days I received another appointment and became even more anxious at the thought of the same procedure but this time the camera had to be administered down my throat instead of my nasal.

I was highly emotional on top of my anxiety.

I would like to say a massive thank you for being so gentle and patient with me. For your empathy and compassion also. Nottingham university city hospital have never failed qitj my care and support over the years, my breast cancer care was outstanding. Where would we be without you all to make our experience with ill health a positive experience.
