Having been bullied for an extended period of time in the workplace.
Plus my mum was dying from cancer and the bully saw it as an opportune moment to up the ante! This resulted in having severe depression, anxiety and actions leading towards agrophobia.
At the point of no longer wanting to live (which I had shared with no one) I knew I needed to take up the offer of help. It took all I had to walk through the door of Inclusion and sceptical anything could work!
The environment created with my therapist was a safe place , never judged and allowed me to be honest and open to the CBT techniques which very quickly gave me results and confidence to move forward.
I am on the road to recovery and although at the beginning of this journey I now want to live! I will be forever grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown.
"IThey saved my life!"
