"The Admin let it down."

I have been with this GP surgery over 5 years and what to say. The admin team upstairs are absolutely useless. I rang regarding my healthcare and had to speak to 3 different people before I actually got sorted. This first lady who was almost panicking about something rushing around, the second who was very slow and miserable like she couldn't be bothered to work and then the third lady who was very pleasant, think she is a new staff member. That's another thing, what is happening to the staff, besides their attitude everyone seems to be leaving and if they are offering that level of service I do not fault them. There was 2 lovely men a few years a go, amazing service. The whole of the reception team are great. I may get annoyed that I cannot get an appointment and can be rude and arrogant, which is wrong of me, but they always try their best. As for the surgery it's self it's all modern and hygienic and the GP's and Nurses faultless. They offer a great service of patient centred care. It's just ashamed that the admin team let it all down.
