"So easy to get an appointment with Mount Gould, unlike Derriford!"

My husband had an ear infection and went completely deaf.

It was very worrying and we went to Derriford open clinic, but we were sent away and told to see our GP, who got my husband an appointment for 6 weeks later at Mount Gould.

Derriford was difficult to get through to on the phone and it was a nightmare getting an appointment, whereas Mount Gould was nice and easy. We were offered an option for where to go and chose Mount Gould as it’s lovely, small and friendly. We were very pleased with the care.
