"Delay at Sentinel dermatology clinic"

About: Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Dermatology (skin)

(as the patient),

I went to the sentinel dermatology clinic at Mount Gould. Setting up the appointment was efficient and easy. I was supposed to see to doctor at 10.30, but wasn’t seen til 11.30. I understand that there are delays, but it would be helpful if we had a rough indication of why they are late and how long we would wait. Waiting is easier, if you’re kept informed!

Thank you for you feedback abour your experience at our Dermatology service and time you were kept waiting, generally our clinics run to time, but there are occasions when they don't - as you experienced! I've asked our reception team to ensure patients are kept aware of any delays so at least they are prepared for the wait.
