"Dermatology appointment at Mount Gould"

I went to Mount Gould for a dermatology appointment. We saw one doctor, who said we needed to see a consultant. We could either go away and come back in a couple of weeks, or wait for a bit to see the consultant while we were there. It’s great that they offer this service, as it saved us from having to visit twice. However, we had to wait two hours, and it would have been nice to have been warned that it would be that long. I’m not really criticising as it’s a wonderful service, just a bit of warning would be nice.

Thank you for your feedback about our Dermatology service and we are glad you were able to receive all your treatments within one visit, we believe this is a great service for our patients. However we are sorry that you had to wait and were not properly informed of this, as a result I have asked the team at Mount Gould to make sure patients are better informed and able to make a decision. We try to inform patients on their confirmation letter that there could be a wait if they need further tretament, but accept this isn't a subsitute for good communication.
