"You can do it ...."

Initially I did not think I would be able to cope with a group situation, but the staff quickly put you at ease and help you believe that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel. You interact if you want to but there is no pressure if you are not able to. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful bunch of people in my group and as the weeks went on we all found we were able to contribute and start challenging our beliefs that ruled our lives. The course was well structured and the handouts and homework were really helpful enabling you to practice what you had learned in class and put those techniques into practice. Thank you to two particular members of staff for providing a valuable service that doesn't judge but gives hope and support when you no longer feel "normal" and need more than a helping hand.
