I went to the clinic towards the end of April 2012. Kept waiting 1 and a half hours over my appointment time.
No apology, nothing written on the board. Consultant seemed to rush me through. When I complained through PALS he decided he wouldn't treat me anymore. Took me off his surgery waiting list.
Left high and dry having to sort transfer to another consultant myself. Waiting lists take forever. Forced to go private for any treatment. Still in pain.
