About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire

(as a service user),

Have extensively used inclusion in Eastleigh, attending alcohol group with Dtt, relapse prevention and core group with Graham, ACT with Kieron and had acupuncture and Indian Head massage with Graham. Also had counselling with Reo and one to one meetings with Graham. Words cannot describe the effect all this has had on my life and the warmth and care all of the above have shown me has been overwhelming and astonishing I have had a total change in my way of thinking and can honestly say Inclusion

Saved My Life!!!
