(as a relative),

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff on Ward 401 at the Royal Derby Hospital.

My 91 year Mother was an emergency admission to this hospital and from the moment of her being admitted i was impressed to the attention to detail that was incorporated in her care.

The overriding feature of her care was the respect that was shown to her at all times in every aspect of her care. 

The staff are truly dedicated and caring people who deserve our respect and admiration.
