"Cyst Removal"

I went into day surgery to have a cyst removed, I attended my appointment and was dealt with by David and two nurses Pamela and Jill. They explained what was happening really well which was really reassuring and helpful.  The banter from David helped to put me at ease. The injectios were a wee bit painful and the stitches pulled a wee bit, but was dealt with gently and with humour.

All happened in a timely way without too much waiting.
