Thank you for your feedback regarding online access. There are several different features which can be enabled via our online services including online booking and cancelling of appointments, requesting medications, completing questionnaires, viewing a summary of your record, viewing your detailed coded record and viewing your full record. All of these features are enabled automatically when registering for online except for access to detailed coded record or full record. To enable these you need to sign in to your online account and request access. Once this is done the practice needs to review your record for any references to third parties before enabling this feature which can take up to 30 days. Please bear in mind that you can only enable EITHER your detailed coded record or your full record, but not both at the same time.
