"Shocking and offensive"

What I liked

Although there were a few dedicated nurses and doctors, I found most of them very dismissive, very lazy, and uncaring. There was little privacy, it was dirty and I was shocked at how the elderly patients were treated. Do not send your loved ones that can't fend for themselves to this hospital.

What could be improved

Staff need to be trained in compassion. The hospital needs to be updated and cleaned for all of the patients, not just the private patients paying the £400-500 per night at the Waterside Suite.
