What I liked
the nurses were the best part, personal, giving us space and information when we needed it often without having to be asked. it was a busy day so wasn't annoyed that it took a while for the iv i needed to be put in.
What could be improved
doctors were uncommunicative. he also seamed unconvinced and dismissive of my concerns without offering an explanation of why. could improve customer care. also staff at reception proved hard to get answers from, and seamed bemused that people wanted more than to just be added to the queue.
"good quality of care but bad service from all but..."
