What could be improved
the 9 hour waiting time that it took after being rushed into a and e at 12pm and having two xrays and my arm stitched and not being able to go until 9am! also being forced to walk by a male nurse to a wheelchair, only hours after a very serious car accident, I was unable to walk for a further week after this. I hated the fact that there was not a wheel chair available for me to have throughout the time i was in the hospital, instead i was moved onto a commode which my family wheeled me around on. also i was moved upto a ward, with no lights on in the early hours because my time in a and e would make the targets look bad, as the male nurse said, no we sat up on an empty ward in the waiting room for hours until we could go back to a and e for my arm to be stitched, i hated the fact that i had to go and find doctors and ask for pain relief because the morphine had worn off, and nobody could have cared less about the pain and suffering that night. they were clearly very busy but i have never felt so neglected and in such uncapable hands
"absolutely horrific, 9 hours in emergency! no care..."
