"Excellent medical care"

The surgical / medical care I received was second to none. The domestic services staff could not have rated better. In fact , only one negative here. It was a an important part of my post operative care that could have been improved on. One of the nursing staff on the ward took a dislike to me and there were lots of eye rolling and pouting. I even caught her imitating

myself eating a chicken leg in a very exaggerated manner. Such a let down, from what was an overall very positive experience. Her Nurse Mentor (not sure if this is the correct term) came to talk to me and was lovely. Very understanding regarding my feelings, couldn't have been more empathetic. I feel some retraining in communication with patients would be enough to help this lady reach her true potential.
