"mother's stay in A&E, AMU and F9"

I would like to comment on the excellent treatment and care my 97 year old mother received.

The doctors were exceptional in their expertise, communication, care and professionalism shown to my mother during her stay. A truly quality service which would be hard to beat!

The nursing and support staff were kind and efficient making my mother's stay as comfortable as could be.

My only negative comment is that despite filling out a menu choice it was often ignored by the staff serving the food. If I had not been there my mother would have accepted food she did not like on a number of occasions. I do not see the point of having a menu system if the staff do not follow it.. Having said that the food was of good quality and varied.
