i visited the surgery at 8.30am and was given an appointment to see a nurse practitioner at 9.05because of a change in my bowel function.
The nurse was extremely professional, thorough, kind and friendly. I have since given blood samples and a stool sample, received a letter informing me of a telephone appointment - all within 24 hours.
Very efficient. thank you.,.
