My little boy has to have a special milk due to an allergy and we have had to change this a number of times on recommendations. The dispensary staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure the milk is in and we can collect before a weekend to make sure we have enough. They are always happy to help and discuss any concerns. The phone system for ordering repeat prescriptions is extremely easy to use and allows you to record your message whenever you remember you need to order. These messages are dealt with very quickly. I also think the phone system for appointments is spot on. A call back helps you discuss with a doctor and then if you need an appointment you get seen the same day without the old lengthy wait to book a slot. I am extremely happy with my doctors surgery with a particular star mention to the dispensary and the female Doctor who keeps doing the maths without complaining to increase our son’s Ranitidine dose.

We have passed your kind words to Sarah and her Dispensing team - such comments help keep morale high, so thank you for taking the time to comment, they have been well received. We are so glad that you find our appointment system to be spot on.

In 2014 when we introduced our current appointment system we were concerned at the length of waits being experienced by patients and took positive steps to address the problem, we could not now ever envisage a change .

Keep testing your GP - she enjoys maths :)
