"Outstanding quality of care"

I broke my arm and shoulder 4 weeks ago and on arrival at A&E was seen to immediately despite there already being a Que. Staff were able to identify crippling pain and ushered me to the correct department and booked me in. I had no sooner sat down and was called to the next stage. I was assessed medicated and had an xray within an hour. I saw a specialist and was sent on my way with an appointment to see a consultant the following week. On that visit i was seen before my appointment time, squeezed in for a CT scan and seen by the consultant all within one hour. On my third visit I was again seen before my appointment time I had another xray and saw the consultant again all within one hour. I would like to point out that on all visits the hospital was busy but all the staff knew what they were doing and literally had their fingers on the pulse, sorry for the pun. I have had private treatment that has not met this standard. Well done all involved and thank you for first class treatment.
