"outstanding neurology"

I had an appointment with the neurology department last week.The immediate impression I got upon arriving at the department was warm and welcoming.Their waiting room is set up so one can make a cuppa which was such a nice touch.Upon having to wait a bit for my appointment I had constant updates on the delay something I've never experienced before and so caring and professional.My actual consultation with the neurosurgeons were a life changing experience. I've recently moved to Sheffield and after 4 years of seeking help in another county to no avail,finally I got answers and some hope.I suffer with mental illness and I have never felt so comfortable and respected as a patient as I did on that day.Hats off to Neurology at Royal Hallamshire hospital. You are truly brilliant!!!!
