About: Bowling Hall Med Practice

It is really frustrating when I cant get an appointment to fit in with work. I understand it is a very busy surgery but my job is important too.I have many health issues and sometimes need to see a docter that day,but I cant remember the last time I was able to see one actually on the day. Even now I have rang every day this week at 8am but still no appointment.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our appointments system. We do always strive to offer as wide a range of appointment times as possible, but unfortunately as a practice we cannot always adjust around everyone's work patterns. We do offer late evening appointments each evening until 9:30pm and appointments on weekends from 10am to 1pm if you are willing to travel to another surgery. Please ask us about Extended Access appointments. We also offer a walk-in clinic every Monday and Thursday afternoon if you need to see a GP without the need to book an appointment.
