About: Primary Care Addiction Service Sheffield (PCASS)

(as the patient),

I feel I must just make a comment about one of the receptionists at Guernsey House. His name is Ollie and he is very helpful, with a very calming manner about him. He is a very good first contact and representative of the service that is on offer. Many more health service personnel would do well to take notes on his interaction with clients.
