I first went to the offices of Telford Stars in May 2019. I was given a pamphlet with all the information I required to contact Telford Stars and get the support I wanted. I followed the instructions and talked to a member of staff.
I was able to explain my problem and pass over all my details. I felt reassured that they fully understood my problem and the help was seeking. I was invited for a briefing and health check which also put my mind at rest. I have, subsequently, been contacted by my case worker who introduced herself and invited me to a 1-to-1 meeting yet to be had. I have nothing but respect for the ways I have been treated and feel confident there is a positive way ahead.
