when ever i call one particular receptionist, she is helpful I'm comfortable talking with her, she calms me down when i'm in-distress with personal things she tells me everything is gonna be OK not to worry.she has helped me with my situation and told me what to do and what the steps are. she is a brilliant receptionist. i would recommend any patient to see her about their issues, without her the gp wouldn't have been the same and i'm registered here for 12 years.
