"thorough proffessionals"

I attended 12/07/2019 the nurses were kind and considerate. They made me feel at ease instantly. Informed me of how they were to proceed ,and showed great patience when answering the myriad of questions I fired at them I found them thoroughly professional and although their diligence revealed further problems I will take away a lasting memory of an appointment with a smattering of dignified Yorkshire humor and the choice of honey or sand .They will know to what I refer! they are a credit to the NHS
